    {Basra: Euphrates News} announced the governor of Basra, Majed Nasraoui, signed a memorandum of understanding with the global consulting group of companies to create a the FAO thermal station, confirming the existence of a strategic plan to solve the electricity crisis radically during the summer of 2014 in Basra.
