    A parliamentary source revealed that a number of ministries were upset by the "unjust division" of the quotas they received from the supplementary budget, pointing out that these figures caused "scorn" among ministers.

    The source, who preferred not to be named, said that "the Kurdistan region received 73 billion dinars (current expenditure) and 495 billion dinars (investment), in return the Council of Ministers received 342 billion dinars (investment expenses)."

    He added that "the popular crowd has received 118 billion dinars (investment expenses), and got other parties under the prime minister on the amount of 224 billion dinars (investment expenses)."

    He added that "the Shiite Waqf Bureau got 61 billion dinars (investment expenses), and the Investment Authority got 210 billion dinars (investment expenses), and the Ministry of the Interior on 217 billion dinars (investment expenses)."

    He added that "the anti-terrorism apparatus got 140 billion dinars (investment expenses), in return the Ministry of Defense received 1.9 trillion (investment)."

    The source said that "the Ministry of Sports and Youth got 38 billion dinars (investment), while the transport received 102 billion dinars (investment), and the Ministry of Water Resources received 202 billion dinars (investment)."

    The source concluded by saying that "the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities received the amount of 638 billion dinars (investment)."
