Sergey Lavrov arrives in Jeddah on a working visit
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov arrived in Jeddah on a working visit during which he will meet senior officials in Saudi Arabia.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Lavrov would meet with Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz.
He is also in talks with Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubair.
Zakharova said the talks would discuss bilateral relations as well as the latest developments in the region.
Lavrov is due to travel to the Jordanian capital of Amman to meet the Jordanian monarch and senior officials to discuss developments in the regional arena
