    BAGHDAD - 
    The parliamentary security and defense committee on Thursday denied reports by some international media about the presence of wives of terrorist elements in Iraqi jails.
    "There is no truth about the existence of secret prisons for the families of terrorist supporters and their women in Iraq, but there is a detention of the families until the completion of the security investigation with them to find the most appropriate solution," MP Abdul Aziz Hassan told the Journal News. "The presence of foreigners within the families of the rapprochement and the coordination through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassies of these countries in Iraq on them."
    The deputy of the Security and Defense Committee, "the existence of a center for the rehabilitation of the children of the organization calling and grab hard ideas from their minds under the supervision of internal and international organizations."

    The wives of the fleeing fugitives were left alone after their husbands were killed or fled, the agency said. Women came from 14 countries, most of them from Turkey via Russia and Central Asia. It is not known if they are among the women Australians who have deluded themselves to the Kurdish authorities.
