    [rtl]Called on the coalition of the rule of law, Adel Mansouri, prime minister to stop the loans immediately, indicating "it exhausts the country and burdened with debt."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Mansouri said in a statement received by the Trend Press on Monday that the prime minister is responsible for these loans. He called on them to "account for the whales of corruption and bring them quickly to spend justice instead of asking for loans and exhausting the country with debts."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The parliamentary finance committee said earlier that "the total internal and external debt of Iraq is 119 billion dollars, including 80 billion dollars total external debt, noting that the total debt was 107 billion dollars, but after the British loan estimated at 12 billion dollars has become a total Debt $ 119 billion.[/rtl]
