    [rtl]The first deputy governor of Basra, Mohammad al-Tamimi, warned of the deterioration of funds, services, reconstruction, health and education would be dangerous and would harm Basra.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"Al-Tamimi said in a statement received by the Trend Press on Monday that" Basra is now without funds, and now balance has reached (zero) after the House of Representatives to delete allocations of sums (petro-dollar) of the oil-producing provinces. "[/rtl]
    [rtl]He was surprised by the recommendations, which he described as an embarrassment for the delegation, "the government sent by the Prime Minister to the province of Basra, headed by the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Alalak."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He said that the delegation mentioned in his report that "the projects in Basra lagging behind the reality," noting that "projects in the province were not slow, but were suspended because of the decision by the parliament to delete the allocations (petro - dollar), which led to the cessation of all projects in the province.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He explained that it is true that there were basically no sluggish projects, but the projects lagging by (2% - 3%) of the total projects.[/rtl]
