National Congress: The upcoming elections bear many "surprises"

The Secretary-General of the Iraqi National Congress Party Aras Habib said Wednesday that the upcoming elections will carry many surprises, while stressed that we will work only with those who believe in the civil state.
"The next elections will carry many surprises because the awareness of the street and the impact of the new youth generation will be decisive in the ballot boxes," Habib said in a statement. "Those who understand this fact will reserve their seat in Iraq's political future."
He added that "if it was committed to what was agreed upon in the framework of the National Convention from the outset to avoid Iraq many of the crises that have passed and saved a lot of wasted time and lost wealth," calling for "to leave improvisation and reactions and the introduction of medium and long-term planning mechanisms."
Habib said that "over 100 years of the march of modern Iraq, there was no one strategic projects linked the interests of the people of Iraq among themselves and established the feet of everyone in this country," stressing that "the National Congress Party will not say the traditional political speech is that our hands extended to all, He will tell everyone that we are only working with those who believe in the civil state of Iraq. "
