    [ltr]Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi reiterated on Thursday the abolition of the referendum and the commitment to the constitution, considering the constitutional procedures in the extension of the federal authority a victory for all Iraqis.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The strengthening of relations between Iraq and Iran is important not only for us but for the whole region, security, stability and prosperity," Abadi said during a joint official talks, according to a statement issued by his media office.
