BAGHDAD - The Ministry of Defense announced on Sunday that "in the context of the preparations made by the Basra Operations Command to facilitate the movement of visitors participating in the visit of the Imam Hussein Imam (peace be upon him) through the Shalamjah border crossing, was formed a crisis cell Of the units operating under command and all service departments in the province.
