    [ltr]The US embassy in Ankara announced Monday that the United States diplomatic mission in Turkey has resumed work on granting visas to Turkish citizens to America.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The United States diplomatic mission in Turkey has resumed visas on a specific basis, and students wishing to travel to the United States can modify their plans on the date of visits," the embassy said in a statement distributed on Monday.[/ltr]
