He said this process in the event of completeness and configure databases when we start the second phase of a national issuing the card, hoping to get this thing in the third year of the project.



Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, has announced the launch of the project of the national card, stressing that this card will reduce security breaches and supporting development projects.
