    The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq on the three keys to the growth and improvement of the Iraqi economy.


    "The first rules to build a sound economic road, the national or institutional administration that reflects the government's ability to manage the country through a rational government, through a stable political vision, removing slack in state institutions and applying e-governance" .


    He added: "The second rule is that the economy is a catalyst for economic sectors, and the decline of dependence on oil and balanced growth of other sectors. The third rule is to achieve sustainability and debt management, and directing government spending."
