    [rtl]Sumer News: revealed a source familiar with, on Thursday, there is a "danger" to the salaries of employees of the state departments because of one of the paragraphs in the budget of 2018.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The source told Sumer News that Article 42 of the 2018 budget stipulated granting the premium and promotion with a financial allocation and that there should be no increase in the demand for financial allocation, indicating that this means that there is no promotion without subsidies .[/rtl]
    [rtl]The source pointed out that this paragraph understated the employee's entitlement, explaining that if the justification for the absence of allocation, this disregard for the livelihood of people and the right of the employee to the state.  [/rtl]
    [rtl]It is noteworthy that the federal government has cut the rate of 3.8% of salaries of employees during the past two years to address the financial scarcity in the country as a result of the decline in world oil prices and the continuation of the war on a duel.[/rtl]
