The Iraqi government on Friday welcomed the invitation of the supreme authority of the Shiites in Najaf, Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, to the need to organize the popular crowd and hold arms in the hands of the state.
"The government continues to take care of the families of the martyrs and the wounded who are the makers of victory, the restoration of stability and the displaced to liberated areas, in addition to limiting the weapons to the state, which has been started to implement it, and to achieve social peace and address the roots and backgrounds," the office of Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi said in a statement today. Intellectual and behavioral aspects of terrorism and the elimination of its effects, and fight rampant corruption and address in all its forms. "
The office welcomed "the call of the religious authority not to exploit volunteers and fighters in the political rally, which confirms the importance of keeping the security institutions from engaging in political action and supported by the Popular Struggle fighters and associates."
The statement added that "this order was confirmed by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces on more than one occasion and has issued at an early stage Diwani 91 for the year 2016, which sets the basis for the organization of the popular mobilization, which was later legislated by the law of the Commission."
"The government is working to organize the crowd in accordance with the legal contexts of the state and to take care of brave fighters," said the office. "The presence of volunteers who have worked valiantly alongside other security forces is a consistent policy of the government."
Called on the religious authority Ali Sistani, to integrate volunteers who participated in the fight against an organization calling for the institutions of the Iraqi state.
The talk of Sistani came in the form of guidance given by his agent Abdul-Mahdi Karbalai in the Friday sermon Al-Husseini dish.
He said the security system needed many men. Especially those who have contributed side by side with the security forces in their entirety, so it is possible to use these energies within the constitutional and legal frameworks, which also restrict the arms of the state. "
However, Karbalai stressed the preservation of "the status of the doctrine of the doctrine of the Islamic Jihad and the non-exploitation of a political Marib ultimately lead to the damage of sanctity as resolved by other respected titles."
He said that "the fatwa of Jihad is the one who made the victory, and the victory was made by the Iraqis, not by others."
But Karbalai said that victory over a supporter does not represent the end of terrorism.
