    The Iraqi ambassador to Egypt and his representative in the Arab League Qais al-Azzawi on Saturday called on Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to make regional and international "understandings" before embarking on the overthrow of heads of corruption, pointing out that corruption in Iraq has become a "mafia".
