    Hezbollah's Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said the fighting of "Daqash" and other Takfiri groups was much more difficult than fighting the Israeli army, which he described as "defeated and cowardly."
     
    "The Israeli army is not self-destructive and can be harmed, based on its experience in the 2006 war on Lebanon and the 2014 war on Gaza," Nasrallah said in a televised interview Wednesday evening.
     
    "Who can defeat a fanatic who can easily defeat the Israeli army, and we are aware of Israeli weaknesses."
     
    He stressed that "the Israeli bombing of Syria did not prevent the arrival of weapons to the resistance and the Israelis know this well, explaining that the presence of Hezbollah in the south of Syria comes in the context of defense and Israel is afraid of strongly."
     
    "The Israelis are afraid of the issue of transporting ammonia containers after our threats to bombard them. The resistance is working day and night to get every weapon that can win in any future war, and we must have surprises and sophisticated weapons."
     
    He explained that "one of the most important elements of the battle with the enemy is the surprise and the resistance reserves surprises in the field, calling on the axis of the resistance to plan any war and work to turn the threat to the opportunity" and we are in it. "
     
    Asked whether Hezbollah would recognize Israel in the future and accept reconciliation with it, Nasrallah said, "We will not recognize the legitimacy of this angry entity even if the whole world recognizes it."
     
    In another context, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah revealed his meeting with the Palestinian factions in Lebanon, after the announcement by US President Donald Trump on Jerusalem.
     
    He said he met last Saturday with representatives of the factions, including a representative of the Fatah movement Azzam al-Ahmad, who pointed out that the contacts did not break with Fatah during the last period at the central level.
     
    He pointed out that Fatah has expressed its consent to the intifada and stressed that it is essential at this stage, pointing out that the Palestinian Authority confirmed that it will not accept any political solution without Jerusalem, the capital of Palestine.
     
    He said that Fatah has sources of funding and has natural observations on that, pointing out that there is coordination between the factions in the West Bank.
     
    He pointed out that the meetings of the axis of resistance aimed at reunion and overcome the points of disagreement and work on the points of unanimity, adding, "Jerusalem formed the essence of meetings with the factions and established the principle of coordination between them in all squares."
     
    He stressed that Hezbollah is not a mediator between Iran and the Palestinian factions in financial support, revealing that Iran financed the "gift of Jerusalem" supported the Palestinian families carried out their operations against Israel and will continue to do so.
     
    "The relationship between us and Hamas has returned as normal and serious as it was in the past, and the relationship with Iran is" excellent "and was not cut off as is rumored in the media, but there are points of disagreement at some point.
     
    On the exit of Hezbollah from Syria, he said that his departure is linked to achieving the goal of entry and linked to the Syrian leadership, and will not hesitate to defend Syria and if Israel attacked it.
