The House voted on Monday to draft a law to rebuild war-affected areas and military operations in Basra province.
"The House of Representatives voted on a parliamentary decision submitted by the Legal Committee obliges the government to work on the reconstruction of areas affected by the successive wars that have been the province of Basra," a parliamentary source told Al-Maaloumah.
