A member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Ardalan Nur al-Din, on Saturday questioned the Iraqi parliament as more political than legal, most of which targeted Kurds and Sunnis.
"The interrogations were focused on the Kurdish and Sunni ministers and the other ministers are far from being accountable," Nur al-Din told Ashqaf News.
"Unfortunately, this issue has been used for political purposes rather than legal evidence that the ministers who have been isolated have not been referred to the judiciary, and thus shows that they have not been convicted of crimes but of political conviction."
