[rtl]A senior North Korean delegation led by Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the ruling Labor Party, Kim Yong-chul, arrived in South Korea on Sunday to attend the closing ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.[/rtl]
[rtl]The North Korean delegation, consisting of eight officials, arrived in the demilitarized zone between the two Koreas this morning. Upon arrival at the Customs and Immigration Office in the southern part, the Deputy Minister of Unity Chun Heh-sung.[/rtl]
[rtl]North Korea is trying to calm tensions on the Korean Peninsula, while the United States is trying to inflame the situation by waving out exercises with South Korea after the Games and sometimes by imposing new sanctions on Pyongyang.[/rtl]
