Paid community banks with proposals to amend the three laws to the CBI after he called the last to be presented for the purpose of study and discussion in the workshop is hoped to be held tomorrow .
According to a source for the ( morning) that there are proposals submitted by each of the departments and sections of the central bank and private banks licensed in Iraq focused on the modification clauses in three important laws which anti-money laundering and the financing of terrorism and the Central Bank Law 56 and the Banking Act No. 94 of 2004 .
Rasheed Bank and the progress the government , along with 10 community banks include proposals to make amendments to paragraphs in these laws in addition to the cancellation of Article 28 of the Banking Act and the amendment of Article 27 thereof relating to their work freely . He pointed out that there are 6 licensed banks , including two banks in two government did not submit any proposals to amend the banking laws of the three .
The central bank announced last week organized a workshop on the proposals to amend the Banking Act and the law of the Iraqi Central Bank and the anti-money laundering law in the twenty-fourth of this month for a period of five days .
