On Tuesday, the Parliamentary Education Committee sent a letter to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to approve the entry of Shamil to the ministerial examinations.
"In view of the exceptional circumstances and the difficult situation facing the Iraqi people and the student population in particular, we call for comprehensive entry into the ministerial examinations (the third, intermediate and sixth preparatory)," said the book, announced by committee member Riad Ghali.
