BAGHDAD - Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi is due to visit Kirkuk on Saturday to promote his campaign for the House of Representatives elections.
A source familiar with the "appointed Iraq News" that the decrees for the definition of candidates list of alliance (victory) will be held Saturday morning in Kirkuk, in the presence of Haidar Abadi, prime minister and leader of the coalition.
"The decrees will be held in the local administration hall in Kirkuk," he said
