[rtl]The outgoing Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi pledged that he will not tolerate any official who proves his negligence in the performance of his duty.[/rtl]
[rtl]Abadi said in his weekly press conference that the Council of Ministers decided to form a high committee to fight the underdeveloped officials in all governorates of the country,[/rtl]
[rtl]He added that many of the service directorates have been transferred with their financial allocations to the provinces two years ago, and accused Abbadi some parties to try to sabotage the demonstrations through the publication of fabricated clips in social networking sites.[/rtl]
