By order of the judiciary .. The construction of a mosque in a neighborhood of Michigan
, a judge ruled that a suburb of Detroit , state of Michigan , the US did not violate any law when it agreed to build amosque in one of its neighborhoods.
Judge Gershwin Draine issued an order for Stirling Heights, and a lawyer for a group of residents opposed to the construction of the mosque of the American Islamic Center announced that he would challenge the ruling.
The city rejected plans to build the mosque in 2015 for reasons it said were traffic, parking and others.
Lawyers for some residents appealed the ruling, arguing that the laws of the division of the areas of Sterling Heights had been violated, but the judge issued the sentence referred to.
