    , on Tuesday, obtained documents issued by the Customs Authority, which includes materials exempt from customs duties, and articles banned entry into Iraq permanently or conditionally. 

    According to the documents, the most important items exempted from customs are: "Imported materials according to the Investment Law No. (13) for the year 2009, and the imported materials according to the Industrial Development Law No. (20) for the year 1998.


    The exemption also includes imported materials for "the Ministry of Defense and Internal Security Forces, orphanages and worship, and imported cars for people with special needs." 

    While the list of prohibited substances from the import of "drugs only with special approvals from the Ministry of Health, fireworks for children, and weapons and equipment only with the consent of the Ministries of Defense and Interior, as well as chemicals and gases and fertilizers and chlorine with special approvals." 

    The ban also included some plants, seedlings, palm trees, fruits and fruits, but excluded "henna and its parts except for Iranian origin." 

    The list also included "living organisms in all its stages except parasites and predators, fungi and bacteria harmful to plants, cooked tobacco, oriental non-packaged tobacco, Iranian apples and tea, and cigarettes that do not carry a warning in Arabic."
