Central sales rise to 149 million

The central bank's foreign currency sales rose to $ 149.83 million on Monday, compared with $ 149.16 million in Sunday's auction of $ 670,000.
A statement by the bank received by "Iraq News", that "the exchange rate amounted to 1190 dinars per dollar, in the auction held with the participation of 36 banks."
The statement added that "these sales are the results of the auction next Tuesday," explaining that "the total sales totaled $ 177.98 million."
He added that "the volume of funds sold to strengthen the bank balances abroad amounted to 148.39 million dollars, while the total cash sold was estimated at 31.59 million dollars."
He explained that "the sale of amounts transferred to the accounts of banks abroad at the price of 1190 dinars per dollar, while the cash sale will be at the same price." Finished
