"A member of the House of Representatives for the home bloc Hisham al-Suhail that the Iraqi Council of Representatives" disabled "and the parliamentary committees suspended because of differences on their presidencies between the political blocs.
"Since the vote on the names of the members of the parliamentary committees, so far the work is suspended by the committees, and the Council depends on the committees in all aspects of his work," Suhail said in an interview with twilight news.
"The Council is currently disabled can not issue laws, and the reason for this differences on the presidencies of the committees by the political blocs," calling for "all the blocks to give up the quota and leave the deputies elected among themselves as president and vice-rapporteur as happened in the second half of the previous parliamentary session after the Declaration of the Reform Front Rejection of quotas ".
He also called on the Presidency "to issue orders Diwaniyah committees and invite committees to meet and hold a vote in the presence of the Presidency during the next week."
The House of Representatives voted in its session on Saturday 10 of this month on the formation of 22 parliamentary committees, but it did not finish naming its presidencies.
