    BAGHDAD / A member of the Finance Committee, Hoshyar Abdullah, said on Saturday that his committee will seek to stabilize the contract holders and provide job grades in the budget of 2019.
    He said in a statement that "one of the priorities of the Parliamentary Finance Committee in the budget of 2019 to install the owners of contracts, whether belonging to the Ministry of Electricity or other ministries, and finding degrees of employment for graduates and unemployed, it is not reasonable that during the previous years were budgets without any degree of functional.

    The member of the Finance Committee Representative Hoshyar Abdullah that the Committee will seek to stabilize the holders of contracts and provide grades in the budget in 2019.
