According to statistics, 113 people were killed and injured during school shootings in the United States.
Education Week, a US education magazine, began tracking school shootings. Since then, 23 accidents have resulted in fatalities or injuries.
With several areas in the United States with school days of 180 per year, this means that the incidence of shootings is one incident every eight school days.
Other recorded incidents of shootings indicate that the year 2018 saw the highest number of such incidents at all and the record began in 1970. Ending / 25
