"


    The al-Bayati, that "the lack of quorum the House of Representatives twice this week, reveals that the Council from now on, it became linked to the understanding of the budget and to reach a solution node dispute with the Kurdish bloc, about the (17%) proportion of the region's share of the federal budget , and imports about 400 000 barrels per day of crude oil from the region. "


    Al-Bayati stressed "the need to pay sales and imports of crude oil from the region, to the federal authority, in order to control the budget deficit, according to the standards set by the Department of the International Monetary Fund."
    The meeting of the Council of Representatives of the tenth, which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, was postponed until further notice, for lack of a quorum for the lack of agreement of the political blocs on the General Budget Law, as called for Parliament Speaker Osama al-Nujaifi to hold a meeting to determine the date of the next meeting .


    The Presidency of the Council of Representatives raised in (third from the current February 2014), to the ninth session of parliament last Tuesday (February 11, 2014), but it was postponed to Thursday for lack of a quorum .
