Parliament speaker Mohamed Halbousi has appointed a commission to investigate allegations of Iraqi delegations visiting Israel , a parliamentary source said Thursday . 

The source said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "the Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halbousi directed the formation of a committee of security, defense and foreign relations parliamentary investigation of the allegations of the visit of Iraqi delegations to Israel." 

The source, who asked not to be named, said that "Halabousi also directed the Security and Defense Committee and the Regions Committee to investigate the situation in Sinjar ."

The Council of Representatives held on Thursday, its 24, chaired by the President of the Council Mohammed Halbusi, while the agenda included the discussion of the budget law for 2019, and the first reading of the proposal to amend the Law of Service and Military Retirement No. (3) for 2010, and the first reading of the proposed amendment to the law of service and retirement forces Internal Security No. (18) for the year 2011, and the first reading of the draft law to address the abuse of housing, in addition to the introduction of a general topic for discussion on the allocation of land for internal personnel and defense.
