    He added that "rain contributed to reducing the need for irrigation to irrigate crops and not to use the river water at all until today, so we demanded to raise the marketing plan to support agricultural inputs and was added 90 thousand acres for the agricultural plan for the current winter season after the area allocated 90 thousand acres to a total of 180 thousand acres "He said. 
    He also discussed with the Minister of Agriculture on the subject of agricultural equipment for farmers and farmers, which must be supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, because "there is a problem plagued by the farmer is the high prices of equipment and machinery, which causes the reluctance of farmers and farmers to buy, Which has been more than five years and is stacked in the warehouses of the Ministry of Agriculture and was not sold to farmers because of high prices.
    "The Minister of Agriculture is demanding the support of farmers who have reached the poverty level and below the poverty line especially after the decline in grain prices to three times, which is offset by the high prices of agricultural inputs for fertilizers, pesticides, fuel and service fees, and raise a proposal for the government to support the peasants, Does not serve the agricultural march in Iraq. " 
    He said that "this matter resulted after the control of the Ministry of Oil and the Missan Oil Company and the oil companies operating in the province of Maysan within the rounds of oil licenses in the fields of Halafayya and Bazarkan to compensate the farmers for the Almgrosat and the structures with small amounts of money and removed from their land exclusively and were not granted or compensated for new agricultural land in other sites Of the province.
