BAGHDAD - The deputy of the conquest Alliance, Hammam al-Tamimi, on Friday, the position of his coalition rejecting the presence of foreign forces on Iraqi soil, noting that the commander-in-chief has the power to remove them or not without legislation in the parliament to get them out of the country. He explained that "the issue of the expulsion of foreign troops from Iraq is the responsibility of Prime Minister and Commander in Chief of the armed forces Adel Abdul Mahdi, and does not need to legislate a law for that."[/size]
