      BAGHDAD - The deputy of the conquest Alliance, Hammam al-Tamimi, on Friday, the position of his coalition rejecting the presence of foreign forces on Iraqi soil, noting that the commander-in-chief has the power to remove them or not without legislation in the parliament to get them out of the country. Al-Tamimi said in a press statement, "Iraq does not need to legislate a law in order to get US troops out of its territory, especially since Baghdad has an agreement with Washington confirms that Iraq does not need any combat troops." He added that "the Prime Minister has the power to determine the need of Iraq for foreign combat forces or not, and he can according to the Convention to request advisers and trainers in the event that Iraq needs to do so." He explained that "the issue of the expulsion of foreign troops from Iraq is the responsibility of Prime Minister and Commander in Chief of the armed forces Adel Abdul Mahdi, and does not need to legislate a law for that."[/size]
