[rtl]The Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) spokesman Riyad Badran announced on Thursday that the Council of Commissioners has decided to grant two new parties for the establishment of two new parties according to the Law of Parties and Political Organizations No. (36) of 2015.[/rtl]
[rtl]In a statement received by Al-Ghad Press, Al-Badran said that "the Council of Commissioners granted the founding leave No. 217 to the Iraqi Umma Party No. 216 leave to the Party of Notables. Political parties that have not completed their procedures to expedite the completion of the registration requirements for the purpose of granting the establishment license.[/rtl]
[rtl]It is noteworthy that "the Electoral Commission and through the Department of political parties and organizations receive registration applications for parties that want to participate in the upcoming electoral entitlements."[/rtl]
