A member of the Legal Committee of Parliament Yahya Mohammadi, on Tuesday, the existence of many obstacles and problems in the legislation of the Federal Court Law, indicating that the Committee will meet with the heads of blocs to discuss the passage of the law.
Mohammadi said in a statement to the information that the Federal Court law of the important laws and legislation within the House of Representatives need time and he faces significant problems and different on some of its items.
He added that "there is a sincere intention of the political blocs in the House of Representatives to legislate the law and we in the Committee are studying paragraphs and items of the draft law in detail."
Mohammadi pointed out that "his committee is working hard to remove obstacles and differences on the disputed articles with the heads of blocs and the presidency of the Council." Over 25
