    Information / private.
Deputy Diyar Barwari revealed, on Tuesday, a major debate in the House of Representatives about who nominates members of the Federal Court, indicating that it is ambiguous in the law voted on and its details are absent.
Berwari said to / the information / that "most of the paragraphs voted by the House of Representatives regarding the Federal Court law did not shed light on the body that nominates members of the Federal Court and chooses them."
He added that "a large parliamentary debate among the members about how to nominate the members of the Federal Court, is it a direct nomination or is there a certain party that nominates the names, selects them and raises them to head the Jamahiriya to vote on them."
Berwari explained that "even if the matter is resolved by assigning the party that nominates, it has not yet been determined, which has affected all the ongoing dialogues regarding the law."
