    Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi's office announced that the results of the investigation committee on the demonstrations will be announced in the next few days.

    Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Adel Abdul Mahdi on Friday attended a meeting of the Higher Ministerial Committee to investigate the events.
    He briefed the Prime Minister on the latest findings of the investigation committee, which is about to end its work, according to a statement issued by the Information Office of Abdul-Mahdi.
    "The reports were discussed and the necessary remarks and recommendations were made to be submitted to His Excellency soon and announced in the next few days," the statement said.
    Planning Minister Nuri Sabah al-Dulaimi, in charge of investigating the events in recent demonstrations in Baghdad and a number of provinces, announced the delivery of the final report on the protests to Abdul Mahdi within hours.

    The deputy of the coalition of state law high Nassif, Saturday, that the leaked information on the results of the investigation disastrous and shameful through the audio recordings obtained by the Commission, demanding the government to declare without obeying any pressure.

    She added that "the postponement of the announcement of the results of the investigation can be the reason for the Commission to obtain more information and need to scrutinize in order to reach more results," noting that "the government has a great examination on the final report of the Commission of Inquiry."
