The United States, decided Wednesday, lifting the immunity granted to the Development Fund for Iraq and private property belonging to the Iraqi Government.
 
The u.s. President said Arak Obama, in a statement posted on the White House Web site, and seen by the Sumerian "news", "under the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and laws of the United States, including the international emergency economic powers legal, as amended, national emergency, we have decided to lift the immunity granted to the Development Fund for Iraq and private property belonging to the Iraqi Government abroad," the Bloc's decision to "evolution in the capacity of the Iraqi Government, to manage the risks associated with the debt of the former regime." 

Obama stressed that the action will not affect the State of national emergency or immunity of the Iraqi Government and their property, "he said, adding that" all agencies of the United States Government are hereby directed to take all appropriate measures within their authority to carry out the provisions of this legal regime. " 

And the Governor of the Central Bank said Abdel Basset Turki (15 March) that "the protection of Iraq's money in America ends (22 May), while our money outside America lifted protection two years ago," adding that "some people claims and are not currently a threat to Iraqi resources." 

And deposited in the Development Fund for Iraq "all proceeds of Iraq from exporting oil and pulls from the proceeds at 5% is compensation for the 1991 war in Kuwait to pay all the debt of Iraq's Finance Ministry before receiving government supervision" Development Fund for Iraq. 

The UN Security Council has obliged the Iraqi Government at the end of 2009 to develop a plan to receive supervision to the Development Fund for Iraq of the United Nations by the end of 2010, to Iraq after the US federal Treasury to ensure immunity before us presidential and legislation that would protect Iraq oil imports from seizure by many creditors and that such protection will expire in May of this year. 

The Iraq seeks to cancel its debts incurred during the previous regime of Saddam Hussein and of more than 120 billion dollars, some of the compensation due to the wars against its neighbors and others to States and dealers, with some States and demands that the Iraqi Government that merchants pay entitlements and threaten lawsuits in international courts to fund imports.
