The District Commander of Al-Qa’im District, Al-Anbar Governorate, Ahmed Al-Mahalawi revealed, on Tuesday, that a laboratory investment mechanism named after Al-Qa’im was marred by financial and administrative corruption, calling for opening the files of the factory’s investment that has been inactive for more than 9 years.
