Mobilization Forces , Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, said the State Department's spokesperson, Morgan Ortagos, in A statement “While we await further clarification regarding the nature of today's decision and its legal impact, we strongly urge Iraqi leaders to reconsider the importance of the economic and security relationship between the two countries and the continued presence of the international coalition to defeat ISIS.”
