Ali said, "The consensus of the political forces in taking the decision gives a positive message to the countries of the world that the Iraqi position represents the position of a state, as the decision to bring out the parliament to authorize the government to remove the foreign forces faced great difficulties, especially as the situation was not uniform." 25 n ended
