    The commission had announced in the middle of last December the issuance of a six-year prison sentence against the convict with a financial fine of ten million dinars, according to the provisions of Resolution (160 of 1983), on charges of taking bribery, indicating that the decision of the ruling came against the background of implementing a restraint For a convicted person.
