    (Baghdad: Al Furat News) The protestors of the governorates of Dhi Qar, Muthanna and Wasit announced, on Sunday morning, their refusal to assign Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi to form the interim government.
    (Baghdad: Al Furat News) The demonstrators of Al-Haboubi Square, in the center of Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, organized, on Sunday morning, a protest march against Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi's mandate to form the interim government.
    On Sunday, the sit-in of Samawah in Al-Muthanna Governorate announced that it refused to assign Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi to head the Council of Ministers.
    The protesters said in a statement today that it is "a commitment and adherence to the covenant we made for Iraq and the mothers of the martyrs regarding what concerns the selection of the prime minister candidate, we reject categorically ({Mohammed Tawfiq Allawi), which does not meet the conditions set by the reference and the squad because it is the candidate of the parties and not the candidate of the people in particular.     A number of school students in Wasit organized demonstrations rejecting Allawi’s mandate to form the government.

    With the movements of Tahrir Square in the center of the capital, Baghdad, issued a statement in response to Allawi’s assignment to the Prime Minister, announcing the protesters ’categorical rejection of Allawi. That was provided by the demonstrators since the first of October.
    For his part, Prime Minister-designate Allawi addressed the Iraqi people on the occasion of assigning him the position, pledging to work diligently to hold early elections, hand over the corrupt to the judiciary, and commit to providing job opportunities for citizens, fighting corruption and dissolving economic committees, forming a government away from sectarian quotas and representing all spectra and involving the competent in forming the government and rejecting Candidates of political forces, finished
