Saad al-Mutlabi, a member of the State of Law coalition, revealed a movement to form a grouping under the name of "forces of moderation" that refuses to grant confidence to Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] .
Al-Muttalabi said in a press statement: "There is a movement led by multiple parliamentary blocs to refuse to vote on the government of Muhammad Allawi when presented to the House of Representatives."
He added: "The coalition of the rule of law decided not to participate in a government that came against the vision of the protesters and the religious authority."
