"The Supreme Federal Court held a session headed by Judge Medhat Al-Mahmoud and the presence of all the member judges, and the plaintiff’s case was heard in it by the Minister of Trade and Industry of the Kurdistan Region and the director of the Trademark Directorate in Kurdistan Region / Addition to their job.

He pointed out that "the court used the statements of the parties to the lawsuit, and found that its competencies are defined in Article (93) of the Constitution and Article (4) of its Law No. (30) of 2005, by considering the appeals raised regarding the violation of laws to the constitution and not appeals raised by violating the laws of each other." ".
And Samok stated that "the Federal Supreme Court, based on the foregoing, decided to dismiss the lawsuit from the jurisdiction."
