Karim said that "the failure to display the ministerial cabinet and send the biographies of ministers to the House of Representatives came because of Allawi's consultations with the Kurdish blocs", noting that "the failure to display the ministerial cabinet is unjustified and does not serve the interests of the Allawi government."
