The question is not: "Does the government pass or not pass?" They are two third options for them, and the result will be known as the voting ends.
But the most important question is "What if the government passes and what if it does not pass" ..
If the government passes, this will be in the absence of two main components, the Sunnis and the Kurds, as happened with the decision to bring out the American forces .. And the government in this case will be a government of political deals and not a service government fit for the stage Transitional, as it is supposed to ..
