Lieutenant General Muhammad Al-Bayati, Personal Secretary of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, announced, on Monday, that the latter had directed the lifting of a number of checkpoints to break the traffic jams in the capital, Baghdad .

Al-Bayati said in a statement; According to the directive of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mustafa Al-Kazemi, the controls of Siham Al-Obeidi, Sayed Al-Milk, and the entrance to Yarmouk will be lifted as of 2 pm today, 8 March .

He added that this directive will be in coordination with the Baghdad Operations Command to reduce the traffic momentum and facilitate the movement of citizens in the capital.
