On Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attributed the Republic of Egypt to the deaths of two trains collision in the Egyptian governorate of Sohag.
"We received with great sadness the news of the accident that the brothers were exposed to in the Arab Republic of Egypt, after two trains collided in the Sohag governorate, which caused the loss of a number of civilians," said Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, in a statement received by Mawazine News.
Hussein added, "On this afflicted person, we send our heartfelt condolences to the government and people of the Arab Republic of Egypt, asking God for mercy and satisfaction for the dead, and for a speedy recovery and safety for the injured."
Earlier in the day, the Ministry of Health and Population in Egypt announced that 32 citizens were killed and 66 others were injured in a train collision in Sohag Governorate.
