The secretariat stated, in a statement received by Alsumaria News, that "[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1122135457/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1/ar/]Council of Ministers[/url] He agreed that the Independent High Electoral Commission would seek the services of employees, university and institute students, and middle school graduates upwards to complete the House of Representatives elections, according to an electronic form prepared by the Commission in exchange for a financial reward determined by the Board of Commissioners and a letter of thanks from the President [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1122135457/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1/ar/]Council of Ministers[/url]".
The statement added, "The form will be filled out by the applicant in coordination between him and his department, and the employees will also be selected from committees composed of the Board of Commissioners. The geographical location of the polling centers and their proximity to the employee’s residence within the electoral district in which they vote will be taken into consideration, and the director of the polling center is either the director of a school or University Professor".
